New Booking Experience: Refreshed Interface & Client Reviews
We've given the client-facing booking flow a complete visual refresh. The new design is cleaner, faster to navigate, and guides clients through each step without confusion. On top of that, we've added a built-in review system — clients can rate their visit and leave feedback right after their appointment.
Here's the full booking experience, step by step.
Step 1 — The Barbershop Page
Clients open your booking link and land on your shop's page. They can see your schedule, available services, and a clear "Book an Appointment" button to get started.
Step 2 — Choose a Service
The client selects what they need — a haircut, beard trim, fade, or any other service you offer. Each service shows the duration and price upfront.
Step 3 — Pick a Barber
The client can choose a specific barber they prefer, or select "Any barber" to get the first available slot. Only barbers who are actually available for the selected service are shown.
Step 4 — Select Date & Time
A clean calendar lets clients pick a date, then choose from available time slots. No double-bookings, no guessing — only real open slots are shown based on the barber's actual schedule.
Step 5 — Enter Contact Details
The client fills in their name, phone number, and email. They can also add an optional note — for example, a style request or any special instructions for the barber.
Step 6 — Booking Confirmed
Done! The client sees a confirmation screen with a summary of their appointment — service, barber, date, time, and location. A confirmation is also sent automatically by email or SMS.
Step 7 — After the Visit: Leave a Review
After the appointment is completed, the client receives a follow-up with a "Leave a Review" button. One tap and they're straight to the feedback form — no app, no login needed.
Step 8 — Rate & Review
The client picks a star rating and optionally writes a comment. The form is simple and takes under 30 seconds to complete — which means more clients will actually do it.
Step 9 — Review Published on Your Page
Once submitted, the review appears directly on your barbershop's booking page — visible to every new client who visits. Real reviews from real clients build trust and bring in more bookings.
