Every Barber Now Gets Their Own Account
No more running a whole team from one shared login. Every barber gets a personal workspace — their own appointments, their own earnings for the day, their own booking alerts. Free, with no limit on team size.
Every Barber Now Gets Their Own Account
This is what every barber sees now when they open TreatsMe: their day, their appointments, their earnings — updating in real time, on the phone and on the desktop.
Until now a TreatsMe barbershop ran on one shared account: the whole team worked out of a single calendar and picked their own clients out of everyone else's. Now every barber gets a personal workspace. The owner invites the team in one click, and from there each barber sees only their own day — their clients, their earnings, their rhythm.
Here's how to set it up, and what's inside.
Step 1 — Invite your team
Open the Staff tab in your dashboard. Your whole team is there with their contact details and the services they provide, and next to each person there's an invite action — one click, and that barber gets access to their own account.
Step 2 — Make it your own
In Settings, each barber picks their mascot, a color palette, a light or dark theme, and the interface language. A small thing, but it's theirs.
Every barber in TreatsMe picks their own mascot 🦊🦝 — and we can already tell who went with the raccoon: clearly a night-shift type who won't admit how much coffee they've had today.
So which one would you go for — 🦊 the fox or 🦝 the raccoon?
A personal account plus a mascot of their own — now for every barber on the team.
Step 3 — Turn on notifications
So nobody has to keep the calendar open all day, connect email or Telegram — alerts about new bookings, reschedules and cancellations then arrive on their own. SMS and WhatsApp are on the way.
Free, with no limit on how many people you add — like everything else in TreatsMe.
